Founded by Aishah-Marleze together with her daughter Leman, 4L Yachting brings together two generations with a shared vision: to offer a more personal, attentive and dependable approach to yacht agency services in Türkiye.
Born in South Africa and having lived in Türkiye for 20 years, Aishah-Marleze brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the yachting industry, working closely with international captains, crew, management companies and owners. Her understanding of both local operations and the expectations of the international superyacht community forms the foundation of 4L Yachting.
Leman represents the next generation of the company, bringing fresh energy, a modern outlook and the same commitment to personal service. Together, they are building 4L Yachting as a family-led boutique agency where relationships matter and every yacht receives individual attention.
